Other things to note

This is a rural desert property, and guests may encounter wildlife such as lizards, spiders, birds, or other small critters during their stay. Please do not feed or disturb any wildlife. Cell service can be spotty depending on your provider, so we recommend saving check-in instructions before arrival. Weather-related power outages are rare but possible. Road conditions are typically manageable with 2WD vehicles, but Southern Utah weather can change quickly — please check conditions and pack appropriate clothing before traveling.
