Self check-in is available at every cabin. Check-in and check-out times are confirmed at booking — typically check-in from 4:00 PM and check-out by 11:00 AM. Your unique door code and arrival instructions are sent the morning of your stay.

Cancel at least 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations 7–29 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable. All deadlines are based on the property's local time. We strongly recommend travel insurance.

Three of our four cabins are pet-friendly. A flat pet fee applies (disclosed at booking — typically $25 per stay). Pets must remain leashed outdoors at all times due to wildlife and open desert. Please clean up after your pet and never leave them unattended in the cabin.

Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited indoors and on covered patios. Smoking violations incur a $200 cleaning fee. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available — please dispose of cigarette butts safely. Fire danger in the desert is very real.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please keep music, conversations, and hot-tub gatherings respectful so other guests and neighbors can enjoy a peaceful night under the stars.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during the stay beyond normal wear and tear. Please report issues immediately so we can address them quickly — small accidents happen and we appreciate the heads-up. By booking, you authorize Anasazi Cliffs, LLC to charge your payment method for repair, replacement, or additional cleaning costs as needed.
