Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know before you book — from getting here to what to pack.
How do I get to Anasazi Cliffs?
We're in Apple Valley, Utah — about 35–45 minutes from the main entrance of Zion National Park and 25 minutes from Hurricane. Detailed turn-by-turn directions and GPS coordinates are sent with your booking confirmation. The final stretch is a maintained gravel road that any standard vehicle can handle.
Is there cell service?
Cell coverage varies by carrier — AT&T and T-Mobile generally work best on the property, while Verizon can be spotty. Every cabin includes high-speed fiber-optic WiFi, so you can stream, video call, or work remotely without missing a beat.
Are there restaurants nearby?
Hurricane (25 minutes) and La Verkin have a solid selection of restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores. Inside Zion National Park you'll also find dining at the lodge. Many guests pick up groceries on the drive in and cook a meal or two at the cabin — the kitchens are well stocked for it.
Is the property accessible?
Our cabins sit on natural desert terrain with some uneven paths, gravel walkways, and a few steps at most entries — they are not formally ADA-accessible. If you have specific accessibility needs, please reach out before booking and we'll help match you with the cabin that works best for you.
What should I bring?
Comfortable layers (desert nights cool off fast), sturdy walking shoes, sun protection, a refillable water bottle, and a swimsuit for the hot tub. If you're heading into Zion, bring a daypack and check the weather. We provide all linens, towels, kitchen basics, and toiletries — so the rest is up to you.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Most dates have a 2-night minimum, with a 3-night minimum on holiday weekends and during peak season. Last-minute single nights occasionally open up — feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Are pets allowed?
Yes — three of our four cabins are pet-friendly. A pet fee applies (varies by cabin) and pets must stay leashed outdoors due to wildlife and open desert. Please clean up after your pet and never leave them unattended inside the cabin. Check each cabin's page for the specific pet policy.
What activities are available on or near the property?
On site: walking trails, ancient petroglyphs, fire pits, hot tubs, and dark-sky stargazing. Nearby: Zion National Park (35–45 min), Sand Hollow State Park, Snow Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, and dozens of hiking and scenic drive options. Check our Experience page for the full picture.
