I/G is Utah's most serious winery — 20 wines in production, daily flights, charcuterie boards, and barrel tastings available by reservation. The tasting room sits in downtown Cedar City, an hour and ten minutes north of the property, and pairs naturally with a Bryce Canyon or Cedar Breaks day trip on the drive home.
The wine program leans Pacific Northwest in style — bright reds, lower-tannin pinots, food-friendly whites. They source grapes from across the West, finish in Utah. Daily tasting flight is $20-25 per person and includes 5-6 pours plus a small board. The barrel-tasting experience ($45) goes deeper with the winemaker present.
**Pair with:** Centro Woodfired Pizzeria a block away (the locals' lunch pick), or time it for the Utah Shakespeare Festival if you're visiting June-October.
