Half-Day Canyoneering with Zion Guru

Inside Zion National Park, commercial canyoneering guides are prohibited. Outside the park, on adjacent BLM land, Zion Guru runs the most carefully designed first-time canyoneering experience in the region — 100% private trips in a slot canyon that's just as photogenic as anything inside Zion, with a guide degree-trained in canyon safety.

**Half-day private** is 6.5-7.5 hours total: pickup in Springdale, drive to the slot, instruction and gear-up, 3-5 rappels of progressively increasing height, lunch break, hike-out, return. Kids 5+ welcome (with appropriate guide pairing). No prior climbing experience required.

**Full day** adds a longer canyon, deeper slot sections, and rappels up to 175 feet. Better for guests with previous canyoneering or climbing experience or fit teens looking for a real adventure day.
