Slow Days
A 35+ year Springdale institution — sweet potato tamales, signature pot pie, ribeye, live music on the patio. The 'where locals take visiting friends' pick.

Bit & Spur is the Springdale dining institution. 35+ years on the same patio, locally famous sweet potato tamales, a signature ranch pot pie, ribeye and trout that don't disappoint, and live music on weekend evenings during peak season. The place locals bring out-of-town friends — and the place you'll probably bring yours.
The vibe is Southwestern saloon meets canyon-bistro. Patio seating in good weather is the move; the indoor bar is great for solo dinners. The cocktail program leans Mexican (margaritas, palomas, a small mezcal selection) and pairs with the food better than the wine list.
**Reservations recommended** for groups of 4+ on weekends. Walk-ins usually find a seat at the bar within 20 minutes.
