Bit & Spur Restaurant & Saloon
A 35+ year Springdale institution. Sweet potato tamales, signature pot pie, live music on the patio.
Slow Days
Seasonal contemporary American dining inside Springdale's Driftwood Lodge — duck confit, scallops, and the most consistently upscale plate near Zion.
King's Landing Bistro is Springdale's answer to a real fine dining option. Tucked inside the Driftwood Lodge property a few minutes outside the park entrance, the menu is seasonal contemporary American — duck confit, pork porterhouse, Black Angus burgers, pan-seared scallops, sometimes a bison ribeye.
This is the place you book on the night of a big hike. The room is comfortable rather than dramatic, the wine list covers Utah and Pacific Northwest with a few European splurges, and the kitchen consistently sends out plates that don't taste like 'tourist town dining.' Reservations 1-2 weeks ahead for peak weekends.
**For families:** kids' menu available, but the room reads more like an adult-dinner-night spot than a family scene.
