The Bryce Peek-a-boo Loop on horseback is one of the most distinctive experiences in the National Park system. Two- and three-hour rides depart from the Bryce Canyon Lodge stables, descend into the amphitheater on the dedicated horse trail, and follow the Peek-a-boo Loop through forests of pink-and-cream hoodoos that rise above and below the trail.

The view from horseback is unique — you're at hoodoo eye-level for most of the ride, with the sound of horse footfalls on dirt as the only ambient noise. The horses are bred for the climbs and very experienced; even nervous first-time riders relax within ten minutes.

**Booking:** 1-2 weeks ahead in summer. Operates April through October. Same operator as Zion (Canyon Trail Rides) — high consistency between locations.
