30+ year cult bakery; the 'Pie Shake' (slice of pie blended into a milkshake) is the off-menu local-knowledge order.

Veyo Pies has been a Utah road-trip institution for 30+ years. Family-owned bakery in Veyo (population: about 500), specializing in scratch pies — sweet (peach, raspberry, banana cream, the always-stunning chocolate-pecan) and savory (chicken pot pie that earns its reputation).
**The off-menu order locals are sworn to share quietly:** ask them to 'make it a Pie Shake.' They blend a slice of pie of your choice into a vanilla milkshake. It's preposterous, perfect, and you'll think about it on the drive home.
The stop is 1 hour 15 minutes from the property — too far for a casual lunch, but a great mid-day stop on a Snow Canyon / Pine Valley loop, or paired with the Cedar Breaks → Veyo route. Closes at 7 PM most days.
